I've always loved working with my hands. At a young age, I started piano lessons, not because my parents wanted me to, but because I insisted! Anything to do with expressing my creativity, I would find a way to do it, whether writing music, drawing, or sculpting. Baking and making food is a great way to showcase this creativity. Being somewhat O.C. (obsessive-compulsive), I'm constantly fascinated by the science and detail in every recipe that I encounter and invent.
